Wilson Lake Big Smallmouth and Largemouth

Water Temperature: 45
Water Clarity: 2-3 feet

Wilson showed out for us again. Weighed all the fish and came out to 23.75lbs. This lake is really heating up and I can't wait to get back out there! We fished from noon to 4PM and focused on mid lake ledges. We started catching fish almost right off the bat with some short strikes. Finally connecting on two big ol' smallmouth first thing. They would knock 3 foot of slack in your bait! We are catching fish on jerkbaits and swimbaits. We had an absolute blast. Several reports of big fish catches lately. Shout out to Cameron Gautney who caught an 8 and a 9lber on Wilson. This lake is pumping them out.

I have a few days open throughout February left. Give me a call and lets catch some pigs!!
