Went out with a great dude pre fishing for an upcoming even on Wheeler. Started off the day FRIGID with water temps right at 50! AHH! After doing some looking around we found some left over warm water around 65 degrees. We are catching fish junk fishing. Flipping wood here, throw a spinnerbait there, throw a shaky head on a point and catch one. Just be open right now on Wheeler and fish what is in front of you. There are fish in all depths of water right now. We ended the day with around 17lbs. Ill take that any day on Wheeler!
