Fishing at Pickwick has been steady for us. Smallmouth continue to feed for their spawn, and there are several fish in the middle of spawning. This trend will continue through April. Caught a Largemouth that was already spawned out and feeding up. Good news! There will be fish in all three phases through May: Pre Spawn, Spawn, and Post Spawn. With the numbers "gradually" moving to all post spawners. If you are wanting to get out and catch a trophy smallmouth now is the time. Once again we caught all of our fish on 99 Problems and R2D2 in the True Bass Swimbaits on a half ounce head. Give us a call!
